Terms and Conditions for Sellers

Welcome to BuySellUsedPanties.com! By registering as a seller and using our platform, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and professional marketplace for all users. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation as a seller (“Seller”) on BuySellUsedPanties.com. By creating a seller account, you agree to comply with this Agreement, our policies, and applicable laws. Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

2. Seller Responsibilities

  1. Product Listings
    Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their product listings are accurate, truthful, and comply with applicable laws and our platform’s policies.
  2. Order Fulfillment
    Sellers are obligated to fulfill orders in a timely manner, ship products as described, and provide accurate tracking information.
  3. Customer Communication
    Sellers must maintain professional and respectful communication with customers. Misconduct, harassment, or failure to address customer queries may result in penalties.

3. Strike Policy

We operate a strict two-strike system to ensure reliability for our customers and accountability among our sellers:

  1. First Strike
    • A strike will be issued if a seller fails to ship a product within the specified timeframe after receiving a customer order.
    • Sellers will be notified via email and given the opportunity to address the issue within a reasonable time.
  2. Second Strike
    • A second failure to ship products or fulfill orders will result in the immediate suspension of the seller’s account. The account will remain suspended until the product in question has been shipped and confirmed as delivered to the customer.
    • In addition to the product being delivered, the seller must make a $100 payment to BuySellUsedPanties.com to enable them to sell again. This payment must be made using Stripe by clicking this link.
    • Sellers may be permanently banned from the platform if issues persist.

4. Admin Fee

  1. Payment Obligation
    Sellers are required to pay an administrative fee (“Admin Fee”) for participation on the platform. This fee is non-refundable and covers access to the platform’s features and services.
  2. Payment Timeline
    • The Admin Fee must be paid within 7 calendar days of receiving payment from a customer for any product sold.
    • Failure to pay the Admin Fee within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of the seller’s account.
  3. Payment Method
    All Admin Fees must be paid through the methods approved and provided by BuySellUsedPanties.com.

5. Prohibited Items and Activities

To maintain the integrity of our platform, the following items and activities are strictly prohibited:

  1. Restricted Product Sales
    • Sellers may not list, sell, or attempt to sell items that violate applicable laws, regulations, or our policies.
  2. Solicitation of Sexual Services
    • Sellers are strictly prohibited from selling or promoting services involving solicitation for sex or sexual acts between them and customers. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at our discretion.
  3. Other Prohibited Goods
    • Illegal substances, weapons, counterfeit items, and any products deemed inappropriate by BuySellUsedPanties.com.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

  1. BuySellUsedPanties.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these terms and conditions.
  2. Actions warranting suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:
    • Failure to fulfill orders (as outlined in Section 3).
    • Non-payment of the Admin Fee.
    • Violation of prohibited items and activities (as outlined in Section 5).

7. Refunds and Disputes

  1. Sellers are responsible for resolving disputes with customers related to product delivery, quality, or other issues.
  2. Sellers may be held liable for refunds or penalties if a dispute resolution finds the seller at fault.

8. Indemnity

Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuySellUsedPanties.com, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the platform, including but not limited to violations of these terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

BuySellUsedPanties.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arizona.
